1/2 cup ricotta cheese, chopped papaya, sprinkling of chia seeds and a tiny drizzle of agave.
This is a tasty dessert/breakfast/afternoon snack for you to enjoy while you’re snowed in. I’m not technically snowed in, but I like to pretend I am most of the time.
When I buy ricotta to make a specific recipe I always end up with some leftover. Here is one of my favorite things to make with that last bit left in the bottom of the container.

Eggnog is one of my favorite holiday treats. I haven’t had the real deal yet this winter, but I decided to try and satisfy my craving with a smoothie. I’m not going to say it tastes just like eggnog, but it is delicious.
This may be the best smoothie I’ve ever made.
