Green Pina Colada Smoothie

This breakfast can double as a dessert — it is very sweet without any added sugar.

Green Pina Colada Smoothie (Printable Recipe)
serves 2

1/4 cup frozen kale
1 cup unsweetened almond coconut milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 frozen banana
1 cup chopped fresh pineapple chunks

  1. Blend together the kale, milk and protein powder. 
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
