Snack Attack: Papaya, Ricotta, Chia and Agave

1/2 cup ricotta cheese, chopped papaya, sprinkling of chia seeds and a tiny drizzle of agave.

To make this a balanced meal, add vegetables on the side. Ideas: fresh snap peas, sliced cucumber, jicama sticks, a small side salad, or some leftover roasted vegetables.
